Tai Tung Village is accepting applications for a lottery to reopen the 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom Project Based Section 8 waiting lists. Income limits apply and all applicants will be screened for eligibility. Use and occupancy restrictions apply.

**Project Based Section 8 rents are based on 30% of the household's adjusted monthly income.
Heat and hot water are included in the monthly rent. A utility allowance is provided for
tenant-paid utilities.

There will be no application distribution on Monday, September 7, 2026.
